offer various on-line services via our Secure Server.
Why
a Secure Server?
Communications should be just between us - it's private! Our secure
server provides secured communications between your web browser
and our web server using either 40 or 128 bit encryption, depending
on your web-browsers capabilities. |
Accepting
Science Tools' Certificates:
The first time you connect to Our Secure Server you will get
a 'pop-up' window with a message saying that the web-browser
you are using does not recognize or know the certificating
authority.
You
can feel confident in accepting the certificate as we are
the certificating authority for our own certificates.
Click on the successive Next buttons and Accept
the Certificate - continue until the certificate is accepted.
Note
that encryption authentication certificates expire periodically,
so occasionally you may be asked to accept a new Certificate.
